# Terms of use

Last updated: 5 November 2026

## Scope

These terms apply to your use of procadena.com. Development services are not contracted on this website: they are agreed on Codeable under Codeable's terms, or under a separate written agreement. nuvols.app has its own terms at nuvols.app.

## Use of the website

You may use this website to learn about my services and to contact me. Do not misuse the contact form, attempt to bypass its security or rate limits, or use automated tools to send messages.

## Information on the website

Descriptions of services, tools and products are general information, not an offer. Ratings and project counts refer to my public Codeable profile at the date shown there.

## Intellectual property

The content of this website belongs to Jani Kowalski unless stated otherwise. The MCP servers described in the Lab are not public; they are available only under a separate licence.

## Liability

I take care to keep this website accurate and available, but I cannot guarantee it is free of errors or interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

## Language and law

If language versions differ, the English version prevails. These terms are governed by Spanish law; consumers keep the protection of the law of their country of residence.
